{"id":4260,"date":"2025-10-16T17:44:05","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T15:44:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pierrebarros.fr\/?p=4260"},"modified":"2026-02-19T16:23:21","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T15:23:21","slug":"les-radios-associatives-menacees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pierrebarros.fr\/index.php\/2025\/10\/16\/les-radios-associatives-menacees\/","title":{"rendered":"Les radios associatives menac\u00e9es\u00a0?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans le cadre du projet de loi de Finances pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026, le gouvernement a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de baisser les cr\u00e9dits accord\u00e9s au titre du Fonds de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019expression radiophonique (FSER).<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le fonds serait ainsi diminu\u00e9 de 44&nbsp;%, passant de 35 millions d\u2019euros en 2025 \u00e0 19 millions d\u2019euros en 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1982, le FESR permet \u00e0 plus de 770 radios locales de mener \u00e0 bien leur mission<strong> <\/strong>de communication sociale de proximit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des territoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le coup de rabot pr\u00e9vu par le PLF pour 2026 aura de graves cons\u00e9quences sur les budgets des radios associatives&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>plus de la moiti\u00e9 des structures accompagn\u00e9es sont menac\u00e9es de disparition&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80&nbsp;% des emplois du secteur pourraient dispara\u00eetre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dans le d\u00e9partement du Val d\u2019Oise, trois radios sont concern\u00e9es&nbsp;: R.G.B (Regroupement Ginglet La Boucle) \u00e0 Cergy, ID FM \u00e0 Enghien-les-Bains et Alternative FM \u00e0 Persan<\/strong>. Ces radios locales jouent un r\u00f4le majeur dans nos territoires, exer\u00e7ant une v\u00e9ritable mission d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Elles \u00e9duquent \u00e0 l\u2019information, mettent en valeur des personnalit\u00e9s locales, tissent des liens avec les populations, promeuvent la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression dans le respect des valeurs de tol\u00e9rance et assurent une v\u00e9ritable diversit\u00e9 sur leurs antennes, repr\u00e9sentative de celle de la population fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les radios associatives sont d\u2019autant plus importantes qu\u2019on assiste parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de concentration des m\u00e9dias<\/strong>. Une dizaine de milliardaires d\u00e9tiennent 80 % de la presse quotidienne g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste, quasiment 60 % de la part d&rsquo;audience en t\u00e9l\u00e9 et la moiti\u00e9 des audiences de la radio. Cette situation pose la question de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance et de la libert\u00e9 de la presse, \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 la d\u00e9sinformation gagne de plus en plus de terrain. Parmi eux, <em>Vincent Bollor\u00e9 est propri\u00e9taire des groupes Canal (Canal Plus, C8, Cnews), Prisma m\u00e9dias (\u00abFemmes actuelle&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Gala&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Capital&nbsp;\u00bb\u2026) et Lagard\u00e8re (\u00ab Journal du dimanche&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Paris Match&nbsp;\u00bb, Europe 1\u2026). Rodolphe Saad\u00e9 est quant \u00e0 lui propri\u00e9taire de la Provence, de Corse Matin, de La Tribune, de la branche m\u00e9dias d\u2019Altice (BFMTV et RMC) et du m\u00e9dia en ligne Brut. <\/em>Face \u00e0 ce danger, il est n\u00e9cessaire de garantir l\u2019existence des radios associatives, comme espaces d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019information et aux m\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-36fce3d411cc036216768d8d537c85f7\"><strong>Dans un courrier en date du 16 octobre 2025, j\u2019ai demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Madame la Ministre de la Culture de maintenir le FSER au moins \u00e0 son niveau de 2025, autrement dit \u00e0 35 millions d\u2019euros.
